this happend twice now  iv used robert petersons method on his vizulising an object moving above me i did it at the same time as watching remsleep  images   and with in 30 mintues i was in the non phisical total lucid and it dident fade, the onley time it was when i notice and woke up it was just like projecting from a dream.  and i dident have to  sleep first i just relaxed focused on the object then watched the images  then  focused on the object again  then i phased.

Good one, you had a concious projection. The ability to focus is very important as you have experienced. It's this ability that gets results.
Focus is required to stay aware, if you lose it, your awareness goes too.
Perfect example, well done.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

And it's important to say that everyone focuses differently.  This is why there are so many "methods" and "techniques" out there.
EVERY.  SINGLE.  METHOD... breaks down to "focus".  ALL OF THEM.  They're all the same thing... just done slightly different ways.

Finding the way that you require to focus is the key to learning to consciously project.  Once you find that, it's like having an actual key to the non-physical which you can turn in the lock whenever you want.

Be careful with this though. I found that it was a hard habit to break. I would lie down to go to sleep and begin to just "notice". I did this so much and so often that it became "automatic". I would lie down to sleep and immediately see that I was noticing. This led to many, many nights where sleep did not come for well over a hour. Some nights 2-3 hours. But, the positive was I got to see exactly what happens during the sleep cycle. I also got some great "thinking" time in, lol.

But, I had to learn how to just close my eyes and go simply fall asleep again. This happened when I started to do nightly affirmations that reinforced that I became consciously aware in my NP (Non Physical) nightly experiences. Now I didn't need to watch myself fall asleep anymore because I knew that once I did, I would become consciously aware when I was deep in the NP.

I didn't "ask" to become consciously aware, I knew I would. That's a very important part of affirmations. You aren't asking for anything, you are merely stating/reinforcing what's already known!

Seen it.  And yes, it's kind of like that... it's a realization more than anything else.  :)

Thank you Xanth
You're welcome.

It's really a great book too.  You should buy it and support him because he's a really nice guy as well.
I've been very fortunate to be able to converse with Robert directly on facebook multiple times.  He's a genuinely really nice guy who only wants to help people to learn to project.

the  hard part is the timing off focus in the images to long and then focusing  on the object away from you.
