Here's the deal

I'm interested in OBE for a year now, a few day a go i have finaly got my hands on the copy of Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce...

The closest that i was to OBE was about few months a go when i went to sleep, i was very tired and didn't had the strength to even try projecting, after a few minutes (i know i wasn't sleeping) i fell through my bed ( i belive my projectable double fell through) i got scared i was back in my physical body like instantly...

Ever since i'm trying to enter trance state, i'm laying on my back, breathing, trying to clear my mind and all...I'm laying still for about half an hour or so but nothing, no vibrations, no nothing, is it my concentration or i'm doing something wrong
