Is it possible to contact a loved one who passed away?

This is a difficult question to put into words. But, I was wondering do you believe it is possible to contact loved ones who have passed away in the astral? If so, how does one go about it?
The most I have experienced is RTZ projection and I every once in a while I'll see a random person. None of these people speak however.

If you can pull yourself from a dream or any experience where you have full awareness, the place to head for is that 3D blackness.
It can be reached through meditation or yoga as well as phasing. Waking from a dream is the easiest method if you have that option.

See, that wasn't so hard. 

Intent. Extol your spirit guides and the family member(s) to assist you in finding them. When you pop OOB, make it your first decision to demand to see whomever it is that you wish to contact. If that fails, go thee to a true mental medium.
