I've been using Buddhist chants with remarkable results.

It's posted at the bottom. Chant it in multiples of 9. Chant it 117 times and it brings miracles.

My miracle:
I had a recovered memory the SAME night. A buried trauma. Unlike other flashbacks I have had, I was gently guided through this one so it was not frightening or painful.
I feel ten pounds lighter. It is as if a dark cloud over my life has dissipated.
