Muscle jerks

Lately when trying to project but no success, I'll be laying there and my arm will jerk or my leg will jump. It's completely unintentional but I have no idea why its happening???

This is just an early sign that your body is falling asleep.  Many times my right leg jerks.  After this happens just turn your attention AWAY from your physical body and get absorbed in a mental rundown of some kind.
