pojection types and diffrent charkas you project from and the diffrence?

hi well i use to only phase it was the only way i knew how to project i would feel head pressure and vibrations hen end up in a random place.
i liked where i was but i had lack of control in some parts.
i heard for this you project from your crown charka am not sure if am right though.

well it ust so happened i stumbled upon the definition of mental projection the night before i had one.
it was weird though cause i remeber voicng my thoughts instead of speaking with thoughts and i heard my physical body say that sentence. i felt alot more intouch with my physcial but i felt more control. i actually could say where i wanted to go and see it and if i decided i need a break to gather my thuhts i did nt have to ome back to physical i ould sorta sit back in my trance.
although i had more control i felt as if there was bits of control lacking as if i was just watching instead of been part of it thats why i thouht it was a mental projections but i heard i oject from crown again fo this and bypass all exit sensatons


so can you project from other charkas? if so which ones ? what type of projection does it create?
