Anyone knows where is original post about Brain method?

I am still new to this forum.
I have seen many posts talking about brain method that Frank explained so well and surfed around the forum but have found nothing relevant- all posts seemed to be continuous parts of the brain method discussion. I am really interested to know what this brain method is and very happy if someone could direct me to original post or could explain the method to me.
