Reaching for Success

 This afternoon I had one of my dreaded "right eye headaches". So, I laid down to do some Phasing to rid myself of it. I started my Binaural Beats tape and started my Phase sequence like I usually do with my statement to my higher self "I release my control over my physical body, take me to your desired destination. Show me what i need to see, teach me what I need to learn". Then I repeated relax, release, let go over and over again in my head for a couple of minutes until I started feeling the Phase approaching. I immediately went to a beautiful waterfall scene. It was a 3 tiered waterfall, complete with all the flowers, cliffs etc. I was enjoying this for awhile until my screen went black. I immediately heard the words "this will help other people". My curiosity peeked and I awaited to see what was going to happen next. Here is the technique in steps.
#1 You are viewing the ordinary blackness before your eyes for 5 minutes
#2 The blackness changes over to the 3d blackness
#3 You see a shimmering object in the distance, it starts to approach you, you can now make out the shape, it looks to be an glowing orb or ball of some kind
#4 You reach your Astral hands out to meet it, take it in your hands and inspect it. What do you see? What color is it glowing? Can you see any images inside of it? Is there any sounds coming from it? What do you feel while holding it?
#5 The orb/ball starts to rise out of your hands, it's at your chest level, now your neck, forehead. Now it's over your head. Keep your focus on the orb. Is the orb changing, what does it look like now? Are there any sounds coming from it? Can you feel yourself expanding, what are you feeling?
#6 You reach your Astral arms and hands again towards it, but now it's just out of your reach. As you stretch your arms further it keeps rising, but now it's growing as well. The higher you stretch, the more it grows and rises. Finally you reach it.
#7 Grab hold of it pull yourself towards it and begin your Astral journey.
