Little talked about is Monroe's F11. I didn't even know about this for quite a long time.

If you know what F10 and F12 are then you probably have a pretty good idea of what F11 is like.

He called this the "autosuggestion" state. Which we can link do our good friend Dale Carnegie "Think and grow Rich."

Pretty much a state where you can subconsciously actively control you ideals and what you are striving for on a daily basis. Think, "Oh! this is what shrinks are doing when they lay down that patient on a couch." Useless in projection, but very useful here in the physical.

Anyway, I have really bad allergies and was dreading this season. After too days of suffering hardcore. When doing my nightly routine, I decided to stop in at this state and give it a whirl. Ya know, talking to my body in there. I gave it an ol', "Hey histamine receptors, please knock it off, because what you are doing is really stupid. Pollen is harmless. Stop being silly"

And low and behold, my allergies have gotten better! Now the pollen count of whatever specific plat was bothering me could have gone down, so I am not screaming snake oil here, but I check the overall pollen count and it went up. This is the first allergy season that is like this. So, if you are suffering from allergies, it might be worth a go. Nothing to lose. I mean, you are going to F12 anyway, why not stop at F11.  :-)

Keep those pollen at bay.

There is a lot that may have happened though. Allergies are generally a positive feedback loop, in that the more the stimulus is present, the higher the reaction, and reactions increase sensitivity to future reactions. But perhaps every year your body takes counter measures , and these take a couple weeks to kick in every season.

For instance, I have strong pollen allergies as well, but the reactions started subsiding a couple weeks ago, even though it is the peak of the pollen season here. There is so much involved in complex biological processes like this that it is difficult to attribute it to intent-based healing in this case.

Contenteo,

Great post. Others allergy sufferers should try it also and let us know of any successes.

Thanks Todd,

Yeah, I agree with you Still. It's just weird, because my allergies are really bad.

What I am really getting at is there is something to be said of autosuggestion. Of it's power, and , once you become fairly adapt at projection, that there are other many other perks, such as this.

As Todd said, please chime in if this helps anyone else out there  :-D
