Title: The correct body position for AP
Post by: Lord_Dark_Forses on December 19, 2011, 10:23:00
This may be a silly question but i have been always told that you cant consciously AP laying down, facing your bed.

Is that true?

or there is any preferable position for AP for example laying down facing up?

i find easier to fall asleep facing down on my bed.

The best position for inducing an OOBE is the position you find most comfortable.

It's all about focusing away from your physical body-- and how can you do that if you're in an uncomfortable position??

People say "You can't AP laying on your stomach/side/whatever," but those people are wrong.  If you believe that you can't AP while on your side, your subconscious will make sure that you can't.  But you can AP in any position.  You don't even need an exit technique!
