Good morning all, this morning while I had some time before work I sat and meditated in my computer chair. After a few minutes i felt as if my body had expanded and was as big as the room sometimes as big as the building. My hands, arms, legs all felt enormous barely able to fit in the room. Then after 5 minutes it was gone? Was this my conscience expanding? My awareness?
Any ideas?

This sensation is talked about pretty often in books about projection. It's a good sign! I don't know exactly what it means, I just recognize it as being a good sign. ;)
