This Preset is one of the best ones to learn how the vibrations feel like.
Ive never got an obe from this preset, but ive learned alot about how the vibrations feel like.

Its a good preset to learn how it feels like and to learn how to not get too exited or too scared from the vibrations.
Ive usually gotten the virbations within 10-15min

When i get too tense or too exited the vibes stops, but then i just relax again and the vibrations starts again.

Ive learned to stay cool at the vibes by this preset.

Logorat: do you get the vibrations during listening or afterwards?

Shadow20205: Bwgen presets are based on the binaural principle. You receive tones of different frequencies in each ear; the difference between the tones induce the frequency of your brain. What seems to be the best is a difference of about 4 hertz (4 beats per second) so that means 200 Hz in one ear and 204 Hz in the other ear.

If i can do it without the bwgen?

Sure!

Its the best part, because then i can control it more freely.

But bwgen is a great training, cuz you can learn yourself to get to the vibes, And when you have done it a few times with the machine you can do it without it, because you have learned the feeling.

I've tried a few programs like BWgen in the past with varying results, but this one is simple and pretty darn good when used with the TOmmi Vibe preset.

I've been playing with BWgen for a few days now, and while I can start the vibes by myself I've found that I don't really 'need' to get the vibes to get out. The Tommi preset is pretty cool though, it has allowed me to isolate the moment of 'departure' without the use of vibrations, and optionally I can bring the vibrations on by tuning to something I hear off in the background of the preset. I think that noise is caused by the binaural effect in the preset, but it 'sounds' like a weaker version of what the vibes 'feel' like.  It takes a little more effort (so to speak) to get in tune with that 'noise' without using the preset.

To get out without bringing on the vibes, I wait until I hear the preset fade away. It's still playing to my ears in the headset, but I'm not hearing it anymore. It comes pretty suddenly so if you watch for that instead of waiting for the vibes you may  be suprised by it the first few times, but you'll get used to it. Anyway, when you can't hear the output of the headphones and are still aware, you ARE out, you just need to test the condition, turn on your vision, etc. to realize it.

Good stuff!

On the subject of register I had a weird dream the other night.  I dreamt of a site called http://sc.astalavista.box.sk

I dreamt you could type any programs name in and the key/file for it would pop up.

Dreams huh, weird stuff.

Hello Bink,
If you´re interested and they´re of use to you, the program has the function of converting the presets into .wav files. With the permission of Adrian I could post them here or I can send them by email if you´re interested.

Eeb

I'd definitely be interested, but the file size of a .wav would probably be unworkable.
Is Tommy's vibration starter a consistent sound where a short snippet could easily be repeated, or is it a whole sequence of different parts?

An .mp3 like the sticky one in this forum would be ideal, if you ask me!

I was using the Bwgen program a few times, but I don´t have a computer near my bed. So I am sitting in front of my computer in a chair, with the headphones listening.

However, when I get very relaxed and sleepy, my head starts to nod and fall in front... does anybody have a suggestion or solution for this, or has the same problem?

Burn it to a CD and use a portable CD player, or Transfer it to an MP3 player, or Use wireless headphones...  For your falling head problem, is it really a problem?  Maybe stretch; if you stand straight, your head should just "float" on top...  But, these days, most bodies are all screwed/twisted; mine included.

PS:  If don't want to illegaly use bwgen, you could try http://uazu.net/sbagen/...  Maybe it's not as powerful/easy, but it's free...

Hi Nagual,
Thanx for the suggestions, but I don´t have a portable cd/ or mp3/player or wireless headphones...

The problem is that my head starts nodding forward, and I get so relaxed that my body becomes like a sac of potatoes.. I´m going to try to find the balance point, and sit as good as I can.

Eeb

If you're like me, it will be tought to straighten your body like that...  My spine is over-bending, my neck is curbed forward and my head is never aligned with my spine...  Even if I try hard, I can't bring my head backward enough...  For me, it's going to take months/years to correct this... if I can correct it at all.  Being tall, shy and lazy does not help; I am always looking down... [|)]

In the mean time, I would suggest you to rotate your chair 180 degrees, put a pillow on your computer desk, and just sit there with the back of your head resting on the pillow...  Or bring an armchair.  Or just lie down on a mat on the floor...

Hello,

Here´s an update of my situation!

Recently I upgraded my computer to athlon 2600+, so now I have a second computer. I have a small room on the first floor of my house, with a bed. So there I put the second computer (the new one I have in the living room), together with speakers and headphones. Which enables me now to listen to the bwgen presets with headphones, while lying comfortable on the bed!

I just tried it again, using the Tommys vibration starter preset, but unfortunately I lost consciousness along the track and fell asleep..

I keep you informed of my practice!

Regards,
Eeb

My head always falls to the left of me when I sit in my chair listening to BWGEN with my headphones. This happens after 5 minuets. I guess my body gets really relaxed fast on my chair!

I do not mind this problem, although the falling wakes me up, I just untilt my head and fall back to sleep or my relaxation state in 2 seconds.

Hi,

I've used the Tommi's vibe starter around 6 times, and even with the first I got vibes.  However it didn't seem to help me project at all, and a few times I fell asleep only to wake up with the program still running and my hands all curled up into half fists.  I don't really see how this program helps, because I couldn't get out of body with it.  The vibes are cool, but I don't see the overall value aside from knowing the sensation.  Lemme know please.

Be well,
J

I think the idea is to teach you what the vibes feel like, so you don't get over excited and lose your concentration when you get them. I'm just trying to learn astral projection, I can bring on what I think are the vibes but I lose them straight away. I'll report back if I get any results.

Would someone please make this into a WAV file or MP3 and put it in the file library? Pretty please? A file like the one in the first topic in this forum would be so great.
I am looking for anything that will help me get to the vibration stage, but bwgen doesn't work on the Mac, and I don't have any PCs here.

Since a couple of days I am using the bwgen-preset called Tommy´s vibration starter.

I notice that I get very relaxed and sleepy, already after about 10 minutes. I am using it in the evening, for about 20-31 minutes.

Up to now I didn´t have the vibrations, but when I listen to the preset I always remember my dreams the morning after.

In his description of the preset Tommy said to expect slight vibrations after one week and full body vibrations after one month, so I still on the run.

Ebele
