MY FIRST AP...or so I thought...

Hey people this experience REALLY shook me up, so I decided to share it with you. 

After trying to project TWICE this morning, I just laid there and fell into a trance and realized that my legs were numb.  The top half of my body was starting to as well, so I decided to give one last try.  The vibrations ensued (which I'd never felt before) and I rolled out, having the wierd sensation of not actually having a body  .

I stood next to my bed and I said to myself, "Shouldn't I do a reality check by looking at my body?"  I looked over to the bed and saw myself sitting up in the bed and looking at my astral body with complete horror.  The side of her(my lol) face was deformed, as if someone had pressed the left side in and it kind of stayed there  .  Oh and "she" was twitching uncontrollably, then she fell limp.

Not at disturbed by this, but a little concerned, I realized that I had to get to my grandmother's house(she lives in Australia, and I in VA, usa).  I put my hands together and willed myself there as hard as I could, when I opened my eyes and saw I was there.  A little dog ran into my grandma's room and I followed it and saw my grandmother laying in bed.  I yelled her name and she woke, she looked at me with a severe shock. We hugged and we talked for a while, I told her how I had gotten out of my body.  Then out of nowhere I said I was going to go to tokyo and started the process to do so, but stopped when I saw grandma sitting on the floor and I walked over to her. 

We talked a little more (I don't remember about what) and she said,"Gosh I'm just like your mother." Then I came back to my body, or in other words, I woke up.

HERE ARE THE FLAWS:

• When I called my grandma, she said she hadn't seen me.  I scared her because I was all worked up and practically yelling at her.
• Her house looks NOTHING like what I saw, nor does she have a dog. 

• The dog disappeared after it ran around the corner into the bedroom.
• My grandma's bedroom had a daytime light to it, even though there was no window or lights in the room.  And it's supposed to be nighttime in Australia...and she was sleeping. 

• Right when she said, "Gosh I'm just like your mother." I realized her hair had changed to the same colr and style as my mother's.
• Why the HECK would my grandma sit on the floor... 

• When I went to sleep, I was wearing a large, black T-Shirt and my hair was down.  When I looked at my physical body, I was wearing a pink tank top and my hair was tied back...and come to think of it, that was how I looked yesterday.
• When I projected, I was lying on my stomach.  But, when I looked at myself, I was sitting up in the bed...

• The window in my room had no blinds, mine does.

How I DIDN'T go lucid baffles me, and it seemed so real at the time...Oh, and here's a couple of fun sidenotes.  When I woke up, my ipod was on shuffle....and my binnaural beat track was playing...

EDIT:  Keep in mind that my grandmother regularly has OBE'S and used to see my etheric body quite frequently, as well as others in my family.
