Hey All,
I had the quickest WILD I have ever had last night after about 2 minutes of laying down. :-o
Here's what happened:
I am proficient at piano, and was laying some tunes over in my head, doing the theory and whatnot, When I start thinking about leading tones, The vibrations kicked in and settled immediately. I didn't think much of them, but the the pull was very strong. Like it most often does, it interrupts your thought process and you have to make a mental decision about what to think of next.
The process has always reminded me of magnetism, as in it feels that way. It feels like you are getting pulled. If you think about your physical surroundings, then it like you reverse the polarity and get pushed back down into your body. The only real solution is to have that willingness to alleviate yourself of your past perspective, whatever it is, for me, it was leading tones., and then keep that polarity focused straight upwards. At that point, keep your mind pure and hang on. This phase occurred in just that way. In fact, it wasn't till this morning until I remember what the trigger was that made me phase. I had completely forgotten about leading tones. It was my friend, only after a few questions did it hit me. So when I say willingness to alleviate, I really mean willingness to completely forget and lose yourself in the phase process.
To the newcomers:
When this occurs, you can't think about projection, you can't think about techniques, you just have to go with the flow. You don't know when its going to happen, but if you train diligently, when all the conditions are 'right' you be able to cash in on those opportunities. I know that has to sound frustrating but nothing good comes easy.
As for the experience, it wasn't the crispest thing in the world. I was in my house per usual F21 experience and there were boxes and all sorts of mess & junk piled everywhere. I nimbly "float-bounced" on top of the scatter, kicking some of it around(that surprised me, never did that before). Very dramatic lighting that wasn't all that bright, nor any music. One of the more complacent projections. In fact, after a few minutes, I got fed up and bounced out to my back porch where I tried to convince myself that I wasn't in reality and I was being stupid for thinking I was actually in a projection, where, of course, then I got booted out.
I hope this helps in some way shape or form to those who have WILD as their goal.
Cheers,
Contenteo
You are 100 % correct here Contenteo.
Training is the key to success.
The more you try to focus outside of the physical, the easier this all becomes.
Even if it is for a couple of minutes due to a Daydream or idea you wish to look futher into, like in your example, playing tunes in your head.
I find that I can sit down, turn my focus upwards and outwards and almost immediately the onset of vibrations begins. Albeit very subdued, but they are still there.
This is exactly what Tom Campbell talks about when he says that one day you can just close your eyes and turn the physical off in seconds.
That you won't need Meditation, Mantras, Binaural Beats or anything like that.
Just pure focused will and intent! :-)
What you say is very true. When I make the effort to ap in the mornings I usually can. When I make the effort to ap at other times, I mess it up. When I hear sounds or start to see things, I go back to my breathing and that is where I go wrong. If I can get passed that, that would be really good. It is hard to get passed it.
Light outside and morning... Not in a loong time. Tired at night after a long day and that works. Contenteo has it sorted, the key is to be.able to ignore the physical, all aspects of it, deny its existance. The noises and visions take over and its these that disassociate you. Become engulfed, with practice and lots of it, you can create a scene and be intergrated into it. It works fast and self control is all thats required. I called them mini dreams in 'The Astral Blueprint'.
Its easy to fall asleep too. Too tired and you're away with the fairies. Too little tiredness and itches or some mundane physical movement steps you backwards. Even a thought as Contenteo has said.
Its a balance, knowing the ideal takes practice.
Once familiar you can exit within a couple of mins from being relaxed.
The info given has so much truth within and works.
Practice is required, batteries not included...
Why are so many people so fixated on binaural beats? :? I understand that everybody has a suitable method but in my opinion the beats are just soo artificial and sort of counter-intuitive where spiritual progression is concerned. Anyways.. whatever works for others I guess. I don't doubt its efficiency but I believe that using the beats are similar to smoking marijuana, whereby one may become too dependent on such "tools". I know that most people are capable of having experiences of spiritual enlightenment without such tools (let's consider the fact that -- as a trinity of mind, body and spirit -- we are all individual miniature universes anyways) so I would advise others to keep that in mind.
While yes, they are both "tools" (marijuana and binaural beats)... your comparison kind of falls flat after that point. lol
One is a chemical you put into your body, the other is a mere sound you listen to that alters nothing other than makes you brain a little easier to manipulate. Worlds difference in my opinion.
And people use them because they don't want to put chemicals into their body, yet still want to have a slightly easier time in learning to achieve these states of consciousness. But yes, *eventually*, you need to put the binaurals down and try to do it on your own using what you've learned from them.
The comparison is pretty clear, actually lol. Marijuana and the beats are both tools often specifically used to alter your mind, be it in a mild, moderate, or prominent manner. They help to achieve states of consciousness. I know many people who have a very difficult time reaching these states of consciousness in the absence of marijuana just as I know many people who have a very difficult time reaching such states in the absence of the beats, as they have clearly become dependent on them. That's my logic concerning that, anyways. To each, his own. I tried the beats right before my law school entrance examination for curiosity sake and scored high, so I'm not entirely opposed to the beats even though I don't know exactly how the exam score and the beats are related. My personal methods of meditation exclude both habitual marijuana use and the use of the beats, but that's why it's personal I guess. Whatever works for the path that others are on.
The only downside to using binaural beats is if the person believes they need them. That will certainly make it so until they believe otherwise.
I think someone who personally knows better for them self, can use binaural beats for years and still phase without them any time they choose. I know that sounds like an addict. :-D
I don't personally use them but I know they work and so I would recommend that anybody who hasn't phased through any other means, should go ahead and see it they will work. If they do work for them, just knowing that the experience is real, can sometimes be enough to do it without the binaural beats.
The only Binaural Beats I have used with success, wouldn't even be considered the "typical" Binaural Beat by many.
They are just relaxing music fused with a background Binaural Beat program.
Paul Collier and DJ Vishnu do an excellent job with this.
I find the music very relaxing and relaxing is an important part of Phasing/OBE Travel.
You do not need beats or music to ap but it can help a lot. Sometimes I do not listen to anything and I do not ap. When I listen to the music I usually ap. If you listen to the music everyday for weeks or months, you should not need to listen to the music. I think your mind and body will get used to relaxing by itself.
QuoteWhy are so many people so fixated on binaural beats?
I couldn't agree more.
We derive Bin-aural beats from the Monroe's initial experiments into astral projection. He hosted a party of sorts at a hotel where then brought subjects in one after another and gave them binaural beets and allowed them to nap/sleep. The results from these first experiments is where the entire field was able to get large scale attraction.
I have found they force me into a full F12 state where I am not able to project. I don't even find it pleasant, however I know the way. They serve there purpose as training wheels quite effectively.

Contenteo
