Leaving the body?

Do I do it physically once I feel out of my body? Or do I "Will" that limb to move or rise? Thanks for any info...

Always use will power when trying to separate the astral/ethereal body from the physical body (and also when you are out of body). Any physical action tends to abort the OBE attempt asap and you will have to start all over anew. The will power factor is why it is important to consciously and subconsciously stress the desire to have an OBE. Eventually the will power to OBE will manifest and an OBE will happen (even when you least expect it.)
