A strange experience

this happened last night. i was on the verge on going to sleep then i felt very strange, it's difficult to describe the feeling. i suppose the nearest i could say it was a drifting feeling.then my body vibrated and i could not move, i sensed that if i let myself go i would leave my body, so out of fear i resisted and then i regained full consciousness. could this have been an onset of an OBE or AP?
i have experienced this in the past but not as powerful. maybe next time i will let go

the vibrations you are feeling could be from sleep paralysis. this is 100% normal. it is not your actual physical bodythat is vibrating. it took me forever to stop resisting it as well b/c i was scared too. im pretty sure you can only do an obe from this state, but once you're out you can easily AP from that if you want. ok not easily but you can do it . this is actually my favorite way of acheiving obes. i usually just wait for my body to start vibrating when i start going to sleep. for me its actually kind of hard to leave my body in that state, but its about the only way i've really done it besides in a dream.

so next time just let it go and relax and slowly try and exit.

One time I became aware and my feet were pointing toward the ceiling and my head was stuck.

So I always try to roll out to avoid that....

Once you feel the vibrations or enter sleep paralysis you can exit your body. So yes, you were very close to having an OBE. Congrats.

i had many experiences which i am not sure of AP, Obe or dream. Could anyone help me with this.
Every time it start with a weird feeling and vibration. The first time a decorated vehicle raised from nowhere and entered through my third eye, then i was floating, with incredible joy(cant explain how i felt) it lasted for a long time. I was thinking that i am going to meet the creator. The thought was intense. then it dropped me in the middle of a crowd. back to my body.
Then gradually i became aware that this may be obe. so i tried to be observant. twice i watched my body laying in the bed clearly. Once i tried to go out of the room but cant. Many experiences i have forgotten. Please tell me to reassure that this is obe......
Once i woke up with my heart still vibrating to a very high frequency......so on

usually obes occur in the real time zone (rtz). this is pretty much a buffer zone i guess. it is basically a copy of the physical so im sure when u saw ur body u were in the rtz. next time u want to leave ur room dont try and go out of the room like u would with ur physical body. try and think youself out. or imagine u are already out of the room. it is difficult at first but u will get the hang of it. as for the first experience u mentioned my best guest would be that u entered into the astral or were just dreaming.

To my perception the whole astral realm/consciousness is weird when it comes to psychological feelings/treats. I would've never believed it could be so different and misterious from usual emotions. In the end it's totally one of a kind experience beyond this world. You can do nothing in astral realm, just wandering around it's marvelous in a strange way, next day you wake up and remember the thing it can bring tears of mistery and curiosity down to your eyes. Wandering like that in real life may be pale and boring, the depth is missing. I can't see here topics talking about the weirdeness and novelty that astral is to the perception, I guess that's just not duscussable and you are kind of right. 
Many times I get to experience something beyond words can explain, I wouldn't say it's good, or bad, just different and new, totally irrational, unmathematical, but sooo present. I've never seen God as a form, and now I don't see how it could possibly exist at all. If some people like religious people and so on, thought they knew things about life in her wholeness, they thought of nothing. The higher you go, the more interesting and weird it gets, it's like a expanding horizon, it's a crazy rapture that is out of your controll, you cannot do anything about it if you get scared of It, you can just choose to go with It, or fall back into boredom again. That's the ultimate adventure that needs just your presence and perception and nothing else, you don't ever need anything else, there's no comparison contest, can you say mindblowing?!

Usually I like to stay away from discussion and theories about astral because it confuses me. I've just registered here to share a piece of me with you, if you'd like to hear it.
