I came home from my friends house this morning, and decided while laying in bed that I'd like to AP. So I instantly got in the state, luckily. The sounds and vibrations were extremely different from the norm, but i didnt let it phase me. I was sleeping with one eye almost propped open by my arm that was flung across my face. While in my astral body I could only see out of this one eye. I was definitely not awake, so this surprised me. I was unable to move my physical body, or float out. I was stuck, unable to separate from my body. I think my eye being open grounded me to reality (i can't really explain how crazy the feeling was)
After waking up I decided I'd go for it again, and instantly fell back into the phase. This time the projection lasted nearly 30 minutes, half of which I was spending trying to wake up. I felt as though I was finished, and the remainder of my travel was in my room, where I floated back to my bed and simply couldn't awake. This fascinated me because I got in the covers and felt my real body. I could move my foot. Again, I felt half in and half out. I decided to try hollering for my brother in the other room to wake me up. While trying to call his name, I heard myself snoring. The nature of this was hilarious. I felt kind of like a captive in the astral realm and it scared me a little, as I never have trouble waking up.
Anyway, just wanted to touch on the obscurity of being conscious of 2 bodies at once.. it was very strange

Could you close your eyelid and move your eye? When I have sleep paralysis,
I can open my eyelids and move my eyes, but not move any other body part.
Perhaps you have experienced bi-location during an OBE? Bi-location can
be experienced in various ways.
