Hello.
I've never been on forums like this and since I don't know nature of my question, I'll put my post here.
For a long time, I've been seeing colors when I'm going to sleep, hear voices,  hear conversations or see people. I know I didn't fall asleep yet, I just see and hear all that. I often feel like someone is touching my head or arm, but I can't move. Sometimes I can block all that, feels like I'm pulling energy back into me and like I'm in bubble. Sometimes I have a feeling like I'm trying to get up, but still lying and I fall back.
After that I have dreams. I dream almost every night and I remember 99 % of dreams. I remember how I felt like, confusion, anger, loneliness, happiness, fear. Everything is vivid, I can sense wind, sun on my skin, or rain. But dreams are strange.
Once I dreamed I'm in male body and I was experiencing his life. I knew I'm looking through his eyes, I was aware that that's not me, but I was inside him and couldn't control his actions. I was in him, but I had my own thoughts, but was feeling his emotions.
I have dreamed of hearing people's thoughts before they done something.
I was in odd places which I never seen before but I knew where to go, sometimes jumping on top of the trees and fighting someone.. I've been walking on opposite side of stairs. Sometimes I'm able to make decisions and act on it, but I'm not aware it's a dream, it's real to me then.
Am I experiencing only hypnagogia and dreams or something more?

Hello and Welcome to the Astral Pulse!  :-)

I feel this Sticky here by a member named Bedeekin will help you to understand what is happening. Check it out, it's very informative!

Actually all of the Stickies found on this website are informative. That's the reason we made them stickies.  :-)

My opinion is, you had a successful NPR (Non Physical Realm) experience. Congratulations!  :-)

Dreams are Astral Projections, only with your subconscious at the steering wheel. The male life you experienced could be a parallel life or past life (maybe)?

roman67

That's very strange experience. Even I don't know what was that?

dont see dreams as astral projection but supervised by unconscious as i hjave had both ie cobnscious controlled obe and subconscious control obe and they are not the same as dreams as dreams are created by the subconscious mind drawing from the astral substance to create the dream scenery

Bedeekin

I've had many experiences that don't conform to that. I've just answered a post that says the opposite.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Astral substance'.

I think this is closer than anything.

@ a1984

You seem to be experiencing SP. But your dreams sound strangely like precognitive episodes. They are very similar to ones I have had... as in experiencing them through the eyes of the people/person involved in the future event.

Thank you all for your answers, although I don't understand all that. Every possibility you gave me sounds abstract to me since I'm amateur in this. I understand only SP. I have no idea what is NPR or how can precognitive episodes and parallel lifes be possible in the way that I cause it to happen.

NPR is an acronym for Non Physical Reality. This is the preferred name for the Astral... or 'other side'. There's this reality... and then there's the nonphysical reality.

It's easy to forget that sometimes people aren't familiar with terminology.

The nonphysical reality is very real... as real as physical reality. The difference is.. non physical reality hasn't got the same rules that bind this reality together and it doesn't have measurable repercussions. If you cut your arm off while dreaming you will wake up with your arm intact and dream again of still having an arm. In this reality when you do it.. .your arm is gone... and you will have repercussions. If this wasnt so... you wouldn't learn anything. You would just happily meander through life doing what you want with no regard for how it will effect you and others. Unfortunately... there are a LOT of people in this reality who think this way.  :|

Dreams are very much supervised by your subconscious. they are a direct line to your subconscious. When dreaming it can be said that you are simply watching and going along with your subconscious, running around trying to make sense of the world using metaphors and scenarios that are basically being made up as you go along. It is quite common to find yourself in a situation.. like worrying that uncle joe will be coming around the corner riding a giant squid... and your subconscious mind will construct that scenario for you to experience and tackle. You will believe what you are seeing and be spending the dream time figuring a way of hiding from uncle joe.

During AP/Lucid Dream... you know that even if uncle Joe comes around the corner riding a giant squid it's not real. You still made it... but because you are conscious it is a dream then you know it's not real.

What you are saying is that you were experiencing these 'people' as though you were embodying them and that they seemingly had nothing to do with your 'life' or 'thoughts'. There are a multitude of could have beens with this scenarios. It is unusual. I have had a few experiences where I was embodying someone else. Some were evidently alternate realities and others were precognitive (seeing future events) In the end though... now you have posted here and it's got you thinking you will figure it out for yourself.

Astral substance is to do with memory as memory is stored in mind not brain the subconscious mind draws from this memory bank of what we know  our experiences oin the mundane woprld and it organises them in dreams but dreaming is not unconscious obe as in the realm of the subcvonscious mind there are different levels of which the dream is one of the first point of call
