Astral Experiences

After sleeping for 3 hours I awoke went  to my computer & started listening
to BWGen. deep meditation. Then started visualizing the white light method.
Once I can clearly visualize the tube of white enclosing me,I mentally see a
round trapdoor swing aside in the top of my head.I pretend the white light is milk & is slowly flowing into me.My awareness is in the very top of my head looking down watching my insides slowly being pushed down & being replaced by milk.At the same time I focus my physical eyes between my eye brows. When the milk reached about this level, in the space of a second I heard 2 clicks. The first time I saw a 2 inch diameter circle of white light.Then
I was back in my head;then I saw the same circle of white light this time surrounded by a band of beautiful bluish violet. The next thing my center of awareness was 2 to 3 feet away from me. This next part is hard to explain,
its like I looked back at a lesser awareness inside my head still watching the milk pushing down, & my total awareness was there. Three times my main awareness was a couple of feet outside me & it was just snapping back & forth
all by itself. All this happened without any thought process on my part or I would have tried moving away from myself. Unfortunately at this point my mate came into the room to enquire if I was feeling alright, so that was the end of it.
I don't wake up very quickly,usually I bump into walls & doorways for the first half hour. So my body was super relaxed; probably close to a trance state.
