Alot of energy!

I had the same experience! I woke up one night at least I think I did, and I felt strong vibrations through my hole body, it was exploding with energy. I could fell it from head to toe, like billions of ants rapidly moving through my hole body. I got scared
and tried to fall asleep, next thing you know I'm waking up in
the morning. It felt pretty real to me.
Did you loose your energy or were you able to use it for something?

i still can feel my energy, it wasnt like the tingling feeling, it was the feeling of your own energy, as though i was re energized, i can still feel it now after 3 days and im wondering if i should use it for something or keep it for healing myself because i dont know if i use it if its going to come back.

2 nights ago i felt as though i had a whole lot of energy, but it was when i laid down in bed, and since its been christmas vacation i got alot of sleep lately, so i took me a while to fall asleep. And i remember thinking, im going to have a long dream tonight i can feel it, and im going to remember it to, and it happened. The amount of energy i felt was amazing, and it has brought me back to this forum,i took alittle break because i thought i lost it all, i thought all of my energy was gone and im never going to have it again, but 2 nights ago it came back, after 2 years of it being gone it has came back. I can feel the energy now and it feels as though as it did 2 years ago when i would have alot of random tk. But the night before i got my energy back, i had another long dream that lasted all night, but in the dream i was always tired i kept falling asleep. Heres what im wondering, how did my energy seemingly come back to me? I can definitly feel it now better then i did in the passed 2 years.
