don't draw any attention!

I just had an amazing experience in another realm. My OBEs usually take place in real time zone and so far I have had very few fancy long experiences in other worlds. My previous long experiences were all in underground tunnels but this experience was above the ground and somewhere in the sky. My guides took me to an amazing city over there and told me  not to draw any attention, so I just walked around the city and tried to act normal. It was a very modern city with people who looked like us. The whole journey was one hour in the physical world and seemed to be longer when I was over there. At the end my guide and I were walking up some stairs in a very big hall. Trying to act like walking drained all my energy and as I knew the experience would finish very soon I decided to fly up the stairs like a normal astral body. The moment I began to float all the people close to me started staring at me and they somehow willed me out of that place. My astral body fell down and I got to my physical body in a few seconds.

That sounded like a great OBE. I have been told not to do things by my guides as well earlier in my development. I chose to ignore them, thinking they were not serious. But I found out they were and I couldn't have a successful Phase session for a 2 week period because of it. When I finally got back to successful Phasing I knew they were serious and from then on I never questioned or went against anything they said. I know that some people would say this can't happen and that there are no rules in the Wider Reality, but it did, so now I abide by them. There have been other threads here on rules in the Astral, some people believe them, some don't, usually because they have never encountered them. I always say the Astral is a place for personal growth.

Phenomenal.

Sounds like a BST experience to me. I have the same chain of events happen to me. They were definitely Belief system territory based. How high did you fly? Can you describe the city in a little more detail? I'd like to compare it to my experiences.

Again, I always get booted out when something like that happens. Not drawing any attention seems to be stellar advice. Thanks for sharing!

QuoteCan you describe the city in a little more detail?
The experience started with me and my guides in a room where they showed me the small model of a city. They asked me if I wanted to go there and the next second my guides and I were there. We first appeared in a vacant part of the city where my guides told me not to draw any attention and then we walked towards the main streets where many people were walking. I don't remember hearing any noise or anyone talking. That's why I also tried to keep silent. We merely walked through the streets and enjoyed the amazing architecture in that city. The city was full of modern skyscrapers and other buildings with a roman architecture theme. When we got to the hall, my guides talked to each other and said that I was doing fine then one of them stayed with me and the others left. From that point on I felt that walking up the stairs was draining me.

QuoteHow high did you fly?
I guess a few feet before I got booted out.

QuoteSounds like a BST experience to me.
Could you please elaborate it more. I have read a little bit about belief system territories on this website but I'm still not sure what they are.

That is uncannily similar to my experience with BSTs. Now isn't that just fascinating.
On a personal note: that architecture is just insanely breathtaking.

When I flew we went thousands of feet up. When came down in another part of the city.

Quote from another recent thread:
QuoteBeliefs System territory (BST) are the theoretical first step of a higher level astral projection.

At the first stage, (F21) you are in your own subcounscious.

As you travel 'deeper', more disconnected, you enter, essentially, the central point where consciousness congregates once it passes on from this life experience. Here, it culminates all the mental models that it learned over our physical sequential 'time' in a intangible depiction. Hence, heaven looks like that cliche idea of heaven, Valhalla the same for vikings, etc. As people disconnect themselves from these models(traveling deeper upon understanding death and their next step) the models get cross-skewed and an infinite number of 'sub-territories are formed' This culmination accounts for what Monroe believed the F23-25/26 focus levels to be. Remember these are just esoteric placeholders made so we can more intelligently discuss something totally intangible and confusing that seems to have a relatively decent pattern across verifiable experiences.

So when things seem beyond your individual comprehension within a dream state, i.e. thousands of entities doing individual tasks, we can take this as a relatively decent sign that one may have traveled deeper into their own subconscious, i.e. possible int a BST.

BSTs are pretty much the net thing to set your mental understanding too once you can achieve F21 fairly consistently. Once you hit that point, however, usually you would have encountered these things a good deal of times already. There is a familiar feeling to a BST. I am not going to try to explain it, because I know I can't, but you just kind of know you are not in Kansas anymore.

They come in all shapes and sizes. As I said, they seem to be culminations of mental models.

Where I went was also definitely thousands of feet above the ground. I have one more question: In your experience when you are in that city do you walk or do you fly?

Could you please elaborate it more. I have read a little bit about
belief system territories on this website but I'm still not sure what
they are.

In Monroe speak it's something like this:

BST = Belief System Territory, Focus 24, Focus 25 and Focus 26

To be counted as a BST it usually has to be shared by several
discarnate people with about the same idea of the belief.

The theory is that when people die, they go to their favorite BST
Focus. The main belief systems like Christianity and Islam is located
in F 25. Some Buddhists and some people who have gotten it almost
right by own experiences may end up in F 26.

Very old or simple beliefs, sometimes not even beliefs, may end up
in F 24, for example the homeless alcoholics. Also note that some
beliefs may span more than one Focus, for example some people
say that alcoholics often end up in Focus 25.

Hells and "Hollow Heavens" both often seem to be located in F 25.

The permanent Moen thread is by some reason gone, but there
was some more explanations. Further, DeMarco has stated that
some belief systems may end up as low as F 23, for example
people who love to go to shopping malls, they end up in towns
with huge malls.

Otherwise F 23 is mostly a single person discarnate Focus Level.

It can also be noted that some guides have said that the Focus Level
concept is not completely true, but it is a fair model.

Moen also has stated that the Focuses 24 - 26 may be related to
PUL as well (see thread about Pure Unconditional Love), where
the lowest amount of PUL may be at F 24 and increase up to
F 26, until people one day get retrieved and escape to Monroe
Focus 27.

That was beautifully said Pauli. :-D
I am glad you put the F23 note in there. That was so key for me to give context to my experiences.

I like the Focus model, but I agree with the guides. I don't think the astral is a simple as a linear sequence. Hopefully one day we will have a better model to follow  :-).

QuoteIn your experience when you are in that city do you walk or do you fly?
I did both, but I only flew when I was with the individual of group(I forgot , I don't think I looked around me, I was so transfixed grandeur of the vast cityscape below) showing me around.

I walked around the city for a bit, but then they left me in this complex vast 'intersection'(there are no roads there, just wide walking routes between buildings) and told me not to move. I stayed there for a time, but was enamored. Kind of like if you brought a isolated tribesman to a New York street corner. There was enough to look at and take in for what seemed like hours.
