hello,...some comments maybe.  last couple of nights i just drifted off to sleep. no exit/body sensations. I woke up from a vivid dream, and when i closed my eyes to go back to sleep, i saw clearly trees and green grass, like i was right back in my dream. then i had a jet engine noise in my ears and my heart/chakra was pounding, and darn-it  it all ceased.  i much more enjoy the exit vibrations along with the actual knowing of leaving my body. pretty much the same thing happened last night.  id like to hear any thoughts on this.   i so thank all here!  tips?  8-)

I know this is easier said then done but next time this happens just relax and enjoy it. Most of the time when people have this experience they get frightened and cause the sensation to cease. Relax into it and it may result in an intense exit.

I'm not sure what the question is, but I'd take this state (remote viewing, or phasing) as a precursor for an exit.  If you used to get vibes and haven't, you may have evolved yourself out of them, so now it's time to look for other exit cues.  At this point, just try an exit technique even if you are 'seeing' a plane or rv-ing.  You may be surprised to find yourself exiting into 'there'.
