have you ever seen yourself in OBE?

I've always wondered what i would look like in OBE. i haven't had one, kinda want one, but kinda don't because of one really freaky night i had, not getting into that. has anyone seen themselves in a mirror while in OBE?

I havent seen myself in a mirror... actually the only time I have ever seen a mirror in an OBE nothing was in it.  I have seen myself in my bed twice and one time I was a little doll and the next time I was a child.

Usually I only see my hands.  They are normal most of the time.

I have seen myself in bed whilst OBE, it was one of the only times I have seen the fabled 'cord'. Which looked like a faintly luminous green (hose) pipe.
The few times I have looked into a mirror while OBE I seem to be naked - I've also seen people over my shoulder too (who are in the mirror but not actually behind me).

Little wonder it is called a "astral" body.......a few times have seen it sparkling like a milion tiny stars..at other times..lower energy..more "cloudy"..also "elongating astral limbs" seems to be an interesting diversion.))

When I look back to see my body, I often just seen an
indentation in the bed as though my body were transparent.
But If I try to feel what's there in bed,
there's something solid and can cause the split-mind
effect as my body wonders what just touched it.

I saw my body lying in the bed when I was 7 years old... my first OBE that I remember.

It was like a lump of moist pale gray clay.  Not that exciting I thought at the time.

And the Cord was a shimmering, sparkling ribbon that fluctuated, moved and seemed to pulse from time to time.

Yes, and I scared the crap out of myself.    I looked like a space alien. I was all glowing, and had lightning/electricity in my eyes.

Yes I remember it clearly.  It was my first OBE and it was involuntary too.

It was about 2:30 am and I was getting sleepy and I had just eaten a bowl of cereal and was watching a not so exciting movie on the TV. I was sitting on a sofa in the basement, again I started to nod off so I elected to go to bed. As I got up I passed the TV and started up the stairway to second floor of my house,  I got to my room I remembered the TV was still on, Damn! I thought.  I proceeded back down the stairs when I noticed the TV was still on and directly across from the TV I noticed a man sitting on my sofa where I had just been. At that point I was a bit startled but I looked at the man he had his eyes closed and looked to be sleeping and he looked a bit familiar. Hmmmm

At that moment I realized it was my physical body and I snapped back into it with fear.  I was immediately sitting on the sofa again wide awake, directly across from the TV watching that stupid show again.  I was confused and didn't know anything about OBE's that was 20 years ago.

I saw myself in the mirror twice this morning while OBEing and they were different each time. The first time I was a blue-grey translucent copy of myself.. that startled me. The second time I looked basically normal.. but neither time did I gaze and study myself because that scares me.

I have seen myself several times in the ap, body and all.

I usually notice my astral body when i change my cloths.
For instance; I like to change my outfits by thinking of wearing beaded stuff or leather, ect...
This is one of the fun things I like to do in the astral plane, change my appearance.

Last night I was trying to phase and ended up in my bathroom (not my particular goal, but oh well...) The first thing I did was look in the mirror and I saw myself exactly as I looked before laying down, including the clothes I was wearing (which I had removed). If I hadn't been trying to phase, I probably wouldn't have known I was out. It was very real - most of my experiences are fairly surreal.

i saw myself in teh mirror. i looked normal besides that i looked younger. i never saw myself in bed completely but once i was out and looked back at my bed. the bedcover had a form as though i were lying in it but i didnt see my body but i saw  sometimes small white flashes where i supposed my chakras to be. it was a fascinating experience. in the same obe i looked at my hands for a few seconds and saw them melt: my finger got shorter and shorter until they were only stumps. also very interesting

most of the time, I just see myself as I am today.. sometimes a younger version of myself. Only thing though that I would have to comment on is that my eyes are usually crystal clear blue, sometimes with a sparkle or bubles that float up to the waters surface.

A couple of days ago i looked in the mirror for the first time while obe and i looked exactly like me except i was more muscular , it was kind of cool

I forget to look at myself while in bed, but I flew up on my dresser and I didn't see a reflection.
