yo, if i for my first attempt in years, got this far to project:

got my heart chakra going, felt much euphoria, had intense open/closed eye visuals
(no drugs used either)
how long do you think it might take me to start being able to project?

because i'm having visions of being able to VERY easily, at some time reletivally soon

and my visions have been coming true latley

I'd say you can AP as long as you have a sincere desire to try something.

When I first started having many experiences was when I tried to move physical objects while in the astral. If I have no experiment to try I don't AP as often.

Sorry about hijacking the post, but is it true that you can move objects (to the weight of 21 grams) while in astral form?

I've never made it, but I wouldn't say it's impossible. Maybe under the right circumstances it can be done.
