i think the non physical is a canvas and the brushes are

are our thoughts becouse it seems im creating whats happening by my thoughts, if i thinking im at my old house i will be thinking about it  if i whant to fly i think about it and an aeroplane would turn up in front of me  and instead of  having a realisation im dreaming i thought about it and i held  the book exlporing the wolrd off lucid dreaming in my hand thats when i thought im thinking all this. what do you think

That's how things generally work in the non-physical.
Thoughts manifest.

"Thoughts" is probably a very general term to use, because it's your conscious and subconscious thoughts.   This is what throws people off.  They sit there afterwards and think "I certainly didn't think that!" meanwhile it was a subconscious thought, something they weren't aware of.

So it's more all encompassing than just thoughts.
