So,this happens only at night and it started happening 2-3 weeks ago.
Basically i go to my bed to "sleep" at about 11PM.however i dont sleep,i study sometimes and sometimes try to focus energy and stuff for like 5 mins. Before 2-3 months id recall everything that i did before i actually slept which was on average about 00:00 to 1:00(becaouse i play video games before going to bed so im still excited).

What happens when i awake is that i cant recall a think i did the second i get in bed,EVERY NIGHT for the past 2-3 weeks and it creeps me out.also no dreams for this period.

Whats happening guys?

Hi,
Don't worry, when you get a lot older you forget things like items from shopping lists even though you were asked to pick them up ten mins previous. The bad part is you would swear they never asked for the item. Then an hour later you do remember it. Its the same when you get in bed. Tiredness plays tricks, try watching a movie at bedtime when tired and see if you remember anything past the first ten mins. You'll be surprised...
Its quite natural for many people.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

This actually only happens at night, late night, and since 2-3 weeks ago.
I did some exercises that were mentioned in some book to recall everything i did that entire day and i remebred shitload of stuff, even random stuff, and for instance,i remebr getting up this mornig at 10:23 in the morining, when i looked at the watch.
i can still remebr stuff in bed but the next day i wont remeber what i did in bed the prevouis day....

Im actually plannng to stop it,like cut my finger late night and see if i remeber how the cut got there when i wake up next morning,or something bit less drastic but impacitve.

Ty for posting Szaxx

Something else to help recall is at the end of the day, recall every action you did in reverse. Start at the immediate moment and work your way back to when you woke up. If you do it everyday, not only will you start to remember all the details, but you'll start making seemingly-separate connections of things going on in your life that you never noticed before.
