Hello everybody i have been having SP af lort but i haver never manege to leave my body.
The Question is - Do i need any exit metod, if i use the " Mental rundown" technique?
I am from Denmark, so I din“t really understand how to do the tecnhique.
would anyone tell me home i a simpel way? :-)
No, the "mental rundown", if done properly will consume your entire focus. Thus skipping the leaving the body scenario. You will just bond with the imagery you are seeing and just be there.
Good Luck :-)
Thanks. let me se if i do the mental runddown correctly then i don,t need any other technique ? :-)
Hi Istop.
There are two basic approaches to projection, and they usually land you in different 'places'.
The OBE to the RTZ is usually done when you are in deep trance (mind awake body asleep, which you are calling SP), and you then try one of many techniques to separate from your body (rollout, rope, waterski, there's a thread all about techs) and when it works it'll land you in the etheric or RTZ.
The other approach, which Lionheart is advocating, is known as astral phasing, and it consists of meditating until you have a vision screen in front of you, which you melt into if successful. The rundown is another technique of phasing in which you visualize the scenario you want to try to have it become the screen you're looking for.
When successful, you end up in what is known as the astral plane, which is one step removed (more or less) than the etheric, and more dreamlike, most of the time (but not always).
The OBE to the RTZ is more of a tactile technique, or seems to work best with tactile people, although visuals and auditory effects are also included in the list of symptoms to look for (besides vibrations, that most people seem to look for), while phasing is more of a visual technique, although listening to sounds (aka triangle method) seems to facilitate 'synching into' the right brainstate for either separation or immersion, depending on your needs/abilities.
I hope this clears something up.
It seems like this run down would be useful to me. In part, it is what I have been trying to explain, though I call it by the name of 'phantasy'. Basically using images and your own motivation to dissolve this reality and enter another, although, there are different types of realities which can be achieved by the proper use of imagination.
I'm noticing that the more I use my memory, the more animate and colorful my dream state becomes. It is believed that this is due to the 'reanimation of the matrix' of the moment, which I think some others have talked about concerning this. Perhaps if you have more of something, time, energy, will, motivation, belief, you will end up in a realm that is instrickably connected to all other realms. Just as Universe could be considered the focal point for all Life Streams, the astral and beyond could be the focal point of life streams that have passed beyond the temporal functions of ordinate systems.
I truly believe that mental rundown would work best with your own memory first, to recollect as much of your life in one meditation as you can, then just go to sleep and dream naturally without feeding fear into the basis of your experience. It's worked for me! I had a heckuva dream last night with brilliant colors that were vibrating into different colors, like some kind of wild aura that was shooting out double visions of myself and connecting my past to my future. It was amazing, and there was no phantasy involved.
Quotea realm that is instrickably connected to all other realms.
CM, look up "Indra's Net", I think you'll get something out of it.
Thanks for the help everybody!:-)
