ok so if you didnt know who Monroe is then I guess you wouldnt be reading this.

For those who do:

Last night I woke up to feel the vibes and settled down to some astral work. Soon, I became aware of a tunnel I was travelling down and at the end of it I perceived an older guy whom I suddenly got the info was Monroe. Funny as I hadnt even thought about him for ages.

Unfortunatly as soon as I realised it was him my shock woke me up.

Don't know if it was really him of course, although it would be nice if it was.

However, there have been no verified reports of Monroe ever putting on an appearance, unless you accept Bruce Moen's claim that he has since met with and worked with Monroe on partnered explorations.

I remember Frank saying a few months ago that he had a conversation with someone who very well could have been Monroe. They talked about Focus 34/35 being in the RTZ.

Anything is possible, and in this work of out-of-body experience one certainly could come across the being that was Robert Monroe.  I'm sure he helps individuals still on Earth to attain the wisdom and spiritual action that was such a big part of his life, especially if you have studied him and are aware of him.

What is F34/35? I never heard of any above F27.

I did a search to find the post, but to no avail. But I was recently intrigued by it and did an internet search on F34/35 and the only good info I could find was an article by Bruce Moen:

F34/35 is called "The Gathering" at the Monroe Institute, and is supposedly where all kinds of beings from all over the universe gather to observe "Earth Changes". In the post by Frank that I can't locate, he mentioned that Monroe told him 34/35 was in the RTZ.  I think it's on this page:
