Three of 'Me'???

I'll keep this short and to the point....I projected and immediately turned to see myself in bed, (sorta my way of validating im out), saw my physical self in bed but another ME standing next to the bed as well!  Initially it scared the bejezus out of me but this other me gave me a feeling of 'Oh, it's just me" lol, like although shocked as I was, I immediately was releived. This Me didn't speak, just had an friendly smile, almost puppy face, or a little sister kinda personality. I wasn't too interested in this other me as I had a mission of looking at myself in the mirror to see what my astral body looked like, and so to the mirror. Another SHOCK! I expected to be ghostish, which I was.....saw clearly the gun cabinet behind me through my face, but I also had this yellow glow all around me. At first I thought I had blonde astral hair, im a brunette, but it was all around me. I tried touching the top of my head to see if it was tangible, felt my hair but the yellow glow was just that, a glow. Being im a newbie I just assumed that was normal and I was off to my next mission....Walk through a wall/door. Right as I was to attempt this, the other me gave me the impression that she was going with?!! For some unknown reason I stopped her, told her to stay with my body, in a tender way as if I was trying to protect her feelings, or make her sad? Lol....I don't know....Then through the door I went and that was unfortunately all I remember. So, my question(s) are.....what in the astral world was this 'other' me? I'll call her, The Sweet Me. Why did I seem to subconsciously know her? What was that yellow glow around the 'Transparent' me? It seemed I was wide awake but was I maybe just dreaming this because it was outside the norm according to most others experiences I've read??? Open to all possibilities and greatly appreciate any input.

This is a fascinating experience.
It happened for me only once, maybe for as much as five seconds, not nearly the degree of input that you had.
I lifted out in an etheric-type OBE and saw myself on the bed. Then I saw myself standing next to the bed, looking back at me.
My awareness switched back and forth in rapid fashion, between the three perspectives for a few seconds, until one of my OOB manifestations consolidated and moved away from my physical.

An incredible experience.

In the Theosophical tradition, they might say it was your Physical and Etheric and Astral or Mental bodies manifested there at the moment; your consciousness is free to exist in whichever vehicle it chooses at the moment. The Etheric is limited to close proximity to your Physical and our consciousness quickly transfers to the next level or Astral vehicle...in rare instances, we can see all three in close proximity. I don't pretend to know the answer in this...all I can say is what I experienced...the colors can be a clue to the energies involved.

It also may have been an energetic representation of an aspect of yourself. I guess that is possible but seems way too complex, having dealt with some of my own subconscious manifestations...again IMO.

Hi, Sparkl-E. To put it simply, according to pioneering researcher and author Robert Monroe, we actually have three bodies, not just two:

1. The physical body

2. The "Second Body" (also known as the "astral body", "the double", and the "soul")

3. The lesser-known "Third Body", which our awareness automatically transfers to (from the 2nd body) when we travel more than 10-15 feet away from the physical body – is an even more subtle/lighter container/vehicle that vibrates at an even higher rate than our Second Body (soul), making it a more efficient vehicle for those farther away journeys, and, temporarily void of our core awareness, the Second Body – docile, virtually mindless (but, apparently, sweet lol) – waits patiently (except that yours wants to go with?? lol)

This was absolutely a true conscious astral projection (OBE). Trust your intuition and don't second guess yourself. Congratulations on all of your progress!

Thank you for sharing.
I have seen the etheric body and it is blue white greyish and fume like.
What you describe here does not sound like it.
Our second body is the etheric and can travel in space but not in time.
The astral body is transparent as you describe and it is our third body.
According to Osho(You might want to type in google ''transceding the seven bodies osho'')
the ehteric body is not transparent but the astral is.When you are inside the etheric you are outside of the
astral and to enter the astral from there  is easy.The astral travels back in time according to him.

Let me be more detailed about the other me. She wasn't transparent and actually looked more vibrant than anything else in the room. She was solid and was the only color aside from the yellow glow i described around the transparent me. She seemed younger, healthier, sweeter, more innocent, flawless, best way to describe it. The rest of the room may as well been black and white television compared to the radiance of this other me. It was very strange. Just had a loving expression nothing to say. I haven't a clue as to why I felt and dealt with the other me the way I did. I probably wouldnt have said anything to 'it' but as I was about to leave she was right behind me, as if to be going too.

If I had to take a guess, I'd say with the radiance you said the other you was putting off, that it was your higherself, the HS knows everything about you, and she probably was there, because she thought you were ready to find out more about yourself. But it seemed you had your own agenda, but this is just my opinion, when really the only person who can interpret the experience is  you .
