I am recounting these memories as a springboard to keep up the excitement 😇

1. In my 30's

After reading Stephen Le berge "lucid dreaming' book, I could not get "out" through his methods so I found a way to do it through SP I had been able to have SP as a child but always thought they were scary, until I learned what they were all about and how to manipulate them.

I managed to use the "roll out of bed method".

I rolled out on to the floor and saw myself in real time in my bed then spontaneously flew out of the window upon the roof and remained there amazed...just sat there at 6 in the morning, no traffic on the road and a clear blue sky(which it was in real life) everything looked normal until a police officer pulled up in a car and asked me to come down from the roof!
I thought this was a funny so I flew down and explained it was a dream and he looked at me as if I was mad...then I started to loose awareness of being aware I was dreaming I wandered off and woke up.

2. I used the same method, but as I flew upwards I woke up spontaneously.
I had been under some stress and the world seemed bleak at the time and the dream was also reflected this, it felt dark and unnerving. So I stopped as I got scared something would attack me in my LDs.

I think we need to be in the right frame of mind to experience good Projections, especially constantly reminding ourselves there is nothing that can hurt us ( I suffer nightmares at times)
I have been meditating to get myself into the right frame of mind which I would expect to see great things...maybe after some good APs I can tackle the zombies 🙏

I just recently read that particular book.  Loved it.  And yes, it 100% reflects projection as a whole.

That is the PERFECT frame of mind to be in and to remind yourself of constantly.  You are a being of infinite power, you cannot be harmed while projecting.  So I tell people to replace that fear they have with curiosity instead.  That'll take you so much further.

Interesting experiences! Just remembered that in spirit is our natural state. This here is the dream and the projection. Nothing can harm you, even if it seems that it can. We are indestructible, infinite beings.
