I have been trying to make a determined effort to have more Lds lately. I have had quite a few spontaneous ones over the years, but I want them to come more reliably.

I live in an apartment and the lady upstairs was being loud this morning and I was drifting in and out of sleep and I had a dream that I was writing something. I couldn't see what I was writing and I realized I was dreaming. I couldn;t see anything so I decided to roll over. I could feel my physical body (which ended up being my false awakening body) so I carefull turned over without moving my physical body. I realized I was in a bed and I demanded "clarity now!" My vision came back a bit, I started tingling and moving up from the bed.

My intention on my next LD was to draw a door and intend to go to Frank's F3oC. I couldn't control my movemtn that well so I decided to try and keep this short. This felt different than a normal LD and it felt kind of like an OBE, except I surprised myself by not being scared at all. Anyways, as I was slowly flipping from being on my back on the bed to being facefirst on the floor, I saw some shoes near my sliding glass door. I then started going through the floor and tingling like crazy. I decided to abort this and see if I could verify what I saw.

I woke up - into a false awakening - and was able to partially verify what I saw. I went on dreaming, from this point, and when I woke up for real I realized that I may not have had a fully lucid dream. When I originally becmae lucid, it felt like what I remember an LD feeling like, but everything after that felt a little different. It was almost like I was half lucid and the real tell was the fact that I wasn't scared at all. I have been working on the fear aspect a lot lately, but I was too cool of a customer for this to be 100% lucid and not part of a dream.

Anyways, though some people would get a good read out of this story.
