Not sure if it was astral projection or a dream

Alright heres my story. last night I was reading on a site about astral projection and reading different methods, stories, etc...

I went to bed shortly after and heres what I remember. I just woke up because my father came in and told me it was almost time for class. I disregarded him and started to fall back asleep. My whole body went numb and my body came out but my head was stuck (most magnetism according to the site I was reading.) Now right after I couldnt do this, my father came back into the room and told me to get up.

I cant for the life of me remember if this was real or not because I feel like it could have been a dream but it felt so unbelivably real, I feel like it happened. It is in my memory, like something I actually did and physically remember.

I'm really confused. What do you guys think it was?

Ha, I bet it was really your father. did you try asking him if he tried to wake u up twice?

No I didnt ask him, but the second time he woke me up, I conciously remember it as being factual...that really did happen. I'm just not too sure about the first time.
