Title: paralyzed
Post by: Meg on September 26, 2002, 09:25:45
Hi Alpha,

I've found that trying to break out of the paralysis just makes it last longer too. What has been working for me is taking the paralysis as a sign that my projection experience isn't actually over. I've found that I can get going again fairly easily from that state, and when it's "time" I wake up quite naturally.

i've been subject to paralysis a few times. thankfully i had a chance to read ad beofore hand and knew waht was going on. i've found the best way to deal /w it was to just go back to sleep and try and induce a wild. give it a shot.

ive woken up paralyzed only twice and they were both quite recent.  Both times i could see my room, the first time i could also see and eye floating above me and the second there was a toy polar bear sitting on my chest.  i was wondering if anyone else sees weird stuff like this when they're paralyzed?

The first time it happened i was so scared, i had no idea what was going on and i was struggling really hard to get up.  Fortunately the second time i realized what was going on and just let it happen.  i agree this definately made it last alot shorter.

nothing/no-one ever dies, they just change form.

everytime i've been paralyzed it has been accompanied by something extremely strange. i've posted a few on here but haven't gotten any responses that i was happy w/. it's pretty unexplainable so far but those experiences have been the wierdest i've ever had.

yes sometimes I rather not have a look around when in the veg state.Ive had a cat on my bed before.(doesnt have any pets)Arms without bodies hovering over me,posted that one up.And recently It felt as though something was sliding off my sheets.I could hear this loud ruffling sound.

I think this just could be fragments left behind from a dream or obe.The important thing to remember is they cannot hurt you. They are dam scary at times though.

Ive been coming back from obes earlier than I want too.Probably because I am getting too excited. And this has  been happening alot more, lets just say I know what it may be like to be a vegetable.

Yesterday it felt as though someone grabbed  both my wrists to keep me from moving.I wanted to post this up because Ive tried the moving the big toe alot. And all it seems to be doing for me is making the whole ordeal last longer.

I thought maybe its because you are not actually moving your physical toe.And this causes your body to wait till your astral toe and maybe foot is back within the confines of your body.

I am having an easier time just waiting a bit before actually trying to move.If I just put myself on pause for a few seconds upon return.I can usually move freely afterwards. So far so good..
