OBE ?

I awoke about 3:00 A.M. this morning and decided to attempt some EVP at my home.  I captured a video of one ORB coming out of the kitchen floor and then traveling around the kitchen and returning to the floor.  The whole event took about five seconds.  I took a new Sony ICD recorder and several crystals and placed them on the floor where this happened and requested the spirit to speak.  I then returned to bed.  After about 1/2 hour I awoke and felt exit sensations and strange energy through my body.  Several times I arose to the ceiing of my bedroom and finially went out of my bedroom to my living room and searched for anything that might be there.  After about 1 minute I returned to my bedroom and found my parents there(Physically they were not).  My father says "What are you doing ?" then my mother says "He most have been sleep walking" At this point it makes sense to me and I agree "Yes I was sleep walking" but am perplexed as I have never done that before.  I then wake up and am not sure what I did.  I do not know whether this was all a dream or whether a real OBE to the RTZ happened.  More perplexing is I discovered about about the same time I stated getting EVP of what I would describe as people faintly singing on the recorder as if in a church.  I was reading some of the ZETA posts earlier about astral beings using Electromagnetic energy to assist projectors and I do have a large Electromagnetic Field that occurs at certain times in my house.  Anyone interested in EVP there will be a new moving coming out January 5, 2004 by Paramount Pictures called WHITE NOISE with Michael Keaton that addresses this EVP issue in depth.
