Hello all i had some strange expiriance

Its was my day off .So i woke in the morning. went to  take care of some staff after i came home
I decide to take a nap. before i fell a sleep  after trying fall a sleep i felt and i start having a dream
i was driving my truck with my fried then i felt like car was Vibrating  and my car was hard to operate
so i think realize that it was my body so i woke opened my eyes then close again i start seeing green like lava
substance swerving in my eyes so i then i fell a sleep instantly i think then i start vibrating again i could feel my body some  times  it get lither  so i was trying get my energy or soul up i felt like my head was rely havy i had hard time get my head up after that maybe mentally tell my self so i try rock my self from side to the other
so after that i felt i was getting up but i could not see a thing but after really quick   i seen my self siting down
and sere at some door then i woke up it was not my room

OK when u have obe when i was thinking that i was having obe it always starts with vibrations
when i feel like im having obe is it supposed to be like im ean like when i having obe
i hope to see like house im staying at but i see random staff meaby it was just a dreams

hi,

sometimes its very difficult to tell if it was a dream or not, but i often had weird obe's so i get ur point there.

after the vibration maybe you should try to just let it happen without doing anything and i often saw many other things then my house, and after some time i realized that it was my house but i just saw it in another way like upside down or some things were missing and the stuff in my room was at places they have been a year ago, so just experiment a little and you will get the hang of it.
