This morning I desided to try to astral project and something weird happened.  When I had sleep paralysis it was like something pressed down my blanket on my shoulder.  Then it felt like something was entering my body . I felt it in my whole body and it was not scary or uncomfortable. It actually was a pleasing experience. But anyway I'm a bit worried because I don't know what it was. Someone who knows what's going on?
