This is no day dream, it is rather a deep dream while not asleep, or in a deep sleep. Last night the weirdest of the weirdest things happened to me. I don't know if I basically knocked myself out or what. Okay I was dosing off letting my mind go. You know how some people get those voices and sounds as they fall asleep, it doesn't bother me at all. I can bear with them, I just look at them as the step before dreaming. Well last night, or early this morning these sounds cross faded into the most clear, vivid dream, and I was not in a deep sleep. I dreamt that I was at my cousin's house and I was eating but then I stopped because I saw a mouse. I got up then more mice and rats came they raided my food and then I went the the room I was staying in. Turns out it was the room I was in already outside of the dream, I couldn't tell if I was dreaming with my eyes opened or not. But I saw and felt that the plate with the mice were on the bed next to my feet. I felt more mice come, I felt more of the energy and the stiffening sort of sensation rather than tickling and my whole body was going stiff. I believe I opened my eyes and I looked straight at my ceiling and wall at the corner it looked like it was moving away and I saw an air vent but the air vent was on the other side of the room. My whole body was stiff...and I was just there, feeling the tingling and stiffness. I can't really explain it, but know that this is far more intense that you're probably imagining. As the wall moved I was super stiff and my arms were in the air. I couldn't move my arms and I was a bit anxious and fully conscious but I was tired. I was scared. I was thinking, is this sleep paralysis? How long will this last? just wanna go to sleep. Clearing this up, as I was in the dream I was in my real life bed, I think I opened my eyes and I saw my room and the walls moved and I was super super stiff. Tingles ran throughout my body as if I woke up to an anxiety attack. That was the most intense projection/experience I've ever had.
