Post stories of any OBE's you might have during or due to an accident of any kind (hit head, hospital drugs, etc).

I'm not sure if this was an OBE but when I was about 10 I go hit in the side of me head with a rock that some one threw and it felt as though my body was swaying side to side and like I was floating several feet off he ground. Then I realized that I had a bunch of blood dripping down my face and ran for help... lol

Then when I was about 14 I broke and dislocated my arm at school, went to the hospital and when I was getting it put back in place I must have been on morphine or something. I thought my neck was several feet long and it was like my body was farther away looking then usual but everything else seem normal, except brighter and blurrier.

Where those experience maybe OBE's?

They might have been, I'm not an expert on anything so I can't really give any feedback on those.

I've only had one accidental OBE from what I can remember, I think I woke up before I was supposed to and I had the sensation of being half out of my body, as if from my torso up I was still out of my body- my whole vision was orange for some reason and I felt a warm, cat like weight on my body- which I deduced to be the spirit of my dead cat. Not only did that freak me out, but the realization that I could see my body from a weird angle and that I was floating somewhat scared me so I tried screaming, but no noise came out of my mouth. I couldn't move any parts of my body and I ended up feeling like I was shoved back into my body quickly and I started slurring oh my god as if I couldn't talk right. It was really strange.

My 2 coppers!

Your spirit guide(s) assigned to you sensed trauma and to avoid trauma to your mind/astral self they shoved you back into your physical body and it took some time for you to realign fully, hence the slurred speech. Your mind was not completely realigned with the physical and you were trying to take action (speaking) before you were fully hooked up. The reason you didn't hear any noise is because your astral self does not have vocal cords. Some people are able to hear themselves but this is only after they have established a minimal amount of clairaudience. This is why most communication is non verbal (telepathic/empathic). The feeling you felt on your chest might have been the spirit of your dead cat not knowing it was dead, it might have been close to you and wanted to get closer so it did what it instinctively does and was trying to get warm. Not sure if this makes sense but its what I "feel" happened.
