Hey so i had this post up before about getting a frightening sensation and some of the members suggested that since i hade never had sleep paralysis from a semi consious state (i always wake into it) so ne way i had the feeling again and just went with it,,,,my head felt cloudy and it felt like i was flying,,,,now this is gonna sound weird but i had flashback bout this girl i kissed bout a week ago,,and i felt it,,,not just rememberd it,,,but it felt like sum1 was actually kissing me,,,,,then i imagined extreme cold and yeah i felt my hand go icy,,,then i imagined hot and so on,,,i must have been in this state for a good 2 minutes,,,,pretty cool huh,,,,ne1 had nething similar

Hi Crimson Tears

In a deeply relaxed state, I can initiate sensations.  

I am able to imagine I'm standing on a cliff and looking over.  That's a stomach-churner, but I love it!!  

I can also experience touch, smell, sound and sight but I don't think I've managed taste.

It's good stuff.
