What can we do?

Again for no reason I AP. I just do it out of the blue from time to time. When it happend to me again today I didn't have a plan. I heard what sounded like a book being slammed on a table and was like oh shoot it's on. But when it happend I just went out the door and hung out in a tree. No fear of heights. There has to be something better then that though! Any ideas would be great.

IMO it's kinda lame. Yesterday was the first time I was able to make it away from my body and not be scared. I believe there is something more interesting then my tree lol. I was kinda looking for an explanation as to why people do it? Do you start with a plan? I kinda get overwhelmed when it happens.

Yes, I always have a set target to fulfil. There is so many things to do or places to visit. Sometimes however I forget what I wanted to do if lucidity is not 100% (which happens often), then I need to improvise or try to remember which sometimes works, but not always.

Thanks for the link.  Your an amazing writer. I am also reading your book at the moment. I seem to still have a big problem with fear. I can Ap when I don't try. I can also do it when I'm trying, the problem is I become scared very quick, because when I try I feel very strange. Like I'm a cloud or something. It's hard to explain. It's like I have no substance. I also heard someone say come on Carrie, like they were standing right next to me. That's never happend to me before and I freaked. My hands also sweat uncontrollably when  doing this. So all the strange things that happen, plus the strange feelings make me want to stop. But for some reason I have this urge to get over my fear and keep trying. Lol I know crazy!

Ahh the old fear thing taking over.
You already have helpers in the NP.
The fear has to be faced head on. You may find the crown feels like its somehow unscrewing itself, the sweaty hands part I know, it's just part of the process.
If you can enter the void, ask for help to remove all fears. You will have an experience that you must complete. You are untouchable there and nothing can harm you. Basically you have the creative power of a god. Think on success and win this battle. It's your thoughts that count. You've already mentioned you have no substance. Use this thought so nothing can touch you. Like your physical hand passing through the air you breathe.

Omg what a trip that you would say something about the crown. I have felt this a few times! Also the feeling like I'm getting larger or that I'm being electrocuted. Very strange.

You are enjoying the same feelings I had when I was 8-9 years old.
Fear had to go.
This was over 40 years ago. You will progress when successful.
