Would somebody give me instructions or a guide to get to this astral pulse island you people are talking about.  It sounds like a chill place and me and my d'jnn could use a vacation
Why do I have d'jnn companions because we are bound, demon hunter soul contract with them.
I'm a chill guy and looking for somebody to give me chill instructions to this astral pulse island.

From what I understand, I don't think there are any instructions/directions to get to API.
Apparently during your Obe, you consciously think/build up a picture in your mind of API and you travel there (or are there).

As for gender, I would gather that just as many women as men are able to project and have different degrees of experience.

Jorund when you astral project you can make your own little island or whatever it is that you fancy the most. Astral projection is all about stretching and honing in on that creative energy. Be anything you want to be create anything you want to create! By the way interesting image Chris.
