I read this book a few years back.  It is full of the fantastic, a beautiful description of the astral planes as witnessed by D.J Conway.  She describes activities in the astral, such as viewing the Akashic Records, Time Travel, reliving past lives, magic and more.  She also recounts the various whimsical lands she has visited, in vivid detail. This book really sparked my interest in OBE's, and I highly recommend it.

I have this book.

It is pretty interesting, though I don't really like the meditation technique she uses.

I still haven't finished her chapter on healing, even though I finished the rest of the book. I find healing a bit boring and that chapter is very long!

I enjoyed this book mostly because it's very different from others I've read.  I would say it's definitely not for the beginner.  She makes everything sound so simple and that could lead to frustrations for someone who hasn't achieved that type of control yet.
