I have had many negitive entity experinces which have always taken place while in the body under a state of paralisis. All but a couple have started out the same, through arousel in a dream.Upon realizing the intensity of whats happening in my dream I will become concious and immeditly appear in my bed with a massive case of paralsis going. On top of me moving quite viciously is most often the same looking creature, kinda decayed person with what looks like ciggeret burns or little piles of crap.I cant be sure.At any rate at the moment of glory for this sick thing it will spear me in the chest with what I can only describe as a massive volt of electricity, and it HURTS.Other times it will penatrate my mouth and throat, though this has only happened twice. Its been a few years scince anything like this has happened and might I add that I am glad.

I hope im not way off base here.

Anyways i've had other experiences that differ, one in which a real demon looking creature came beside me and did nothing. But I will spare you the details.I just wanted to share what happened in response to both of your posts.

Much Peace,Andy

zugzug

Thanks for that response

That sounds freakier than mine.  To see something like out of a sick horror movie is bad enough, but to wake up with something attacking you... jeeeeeez.

Do you think these things can hurt you?  Mr Bruce believe the astral body or etheric and what not is invulnerable, and cannot be killed or damaged.  If that's true... what's the deal with these things?  And why are they attacking the mouth and throat?  And your chest?    Are they parasites, feeding like mosquitoes off your fear?  And where the &^#$ are your guardian spirits at times like these?

Rob

I think a lot of nightmares are neg created/influences - especially repeating ones. I have had a couple of dreams relatively recently, one in which I think it was an astral snake attacking me, resting its head on my lap in the dream and when I woke up I had a sharp pain in my upper right thigh, like it was biting me there. Since about then I have had trouble raising energy past that point, and have some real nasty blokages built up in the area. It has got to the point where I can barely raise any energy at all .
I think the reason for these things is to build up core images in your mind, so treating with CIR is a good plan. Once the images have taken root, they have a handle on you and can suck out yout energy, on way or another.
Zugzug what have you experienced? and Andy, that sounds really really scary. Have your CIRed the memories? If so, did you notice and interesting physical, mental and/or energy effects?

Zugzug,I just lost my first detailed letter so its gonna be short.
1-No these things cant hurt you and I believe thier just astral junkies looking for a fix.
2-When negitive I find that I come to while in paralisis when being attacked. When positive its through dreams.
3-I suppose that if you leave yourself open they'll find away to get in or on.
Last but not least,I have met two other people who have described in exact detial the same looking creature using the same method of attack.
Have you or Inguma or anyone out there for that matter scene these things?

Inguma,CIR,I  know i've heard of that somewhere howevere I dont recall.I skipped the NEW & CORE section of AD and am saving it for when I get to my new location a month away from now.Would you please remind me of what it is and where I read it,Thanks! ;)

Much Peace,Andy

Hi Andy!
CIR - Core Image Removal - can actually be found in the article "basic psychic countermeasures", in the relevant section on the astral pulse. The reason I ask about physical body/energy sensations is because I experienced psychic attach at the age of about 5, where I saw completely black shadows walking across my room. Don't know how long this lasted, or the number of times it happened (at least 3 nights I remembered). It wasn't quite like yours, but yes full body paralysis, overwhelming fear, tried to scream but couldn't etc. Then a few months back I CIR'd these memories and whoa! Instantly strange tingling all over my body, drenched in sweat, pounding heart, stuff like that. So I would be interested if you or anyone experiences similar effects...

The shadows... were they human size?  And featureless, and did you get the idea they were occupying a space, but more like a hole in the ground occupies a space?  That's what I saw when I was around 10 or 15, several times, but they never moved.  I also got the same fear sensation... paralyzed, couldn't scream, couldn't run...

Is that some kind of astral entity?  Or a ghost?  Or possibly your own double, without your being aware of it?  Or maybe just a hallucination, that appears the same to many people because of subconscious cultural similarities?  Whaddya think?  Anyone else seen the Shadow?

Rob

Hi Zugzug!
The shadow, yes they were human sized, I would be lying in bed in the dark, and one would appear out the wall on the left of my room, walk across to the right past the base of my bed, disappear through the wall and as it did that another would appear out of the wall on the left. Like a continuous parade of shadows, man sized. I think other people have seen similar things, from some of the things RB says. What is also interesting is how he describes these things as having to take on 2d appearance, just like shadows in other words...
Well, I was just an innocent little kid at the time, I strongly doubt that they were a repressed part of my own psyche! I am now pretty damn sure this was a direct psychic attack from one or a group of entities who have been attached to my family for some time. I experienced a similar attack about a year ago, but was able to break the paralysis as soon as it started, which was really satisfying. And I know my dad has connections to this/these creatures, as I did some interesting things to gaurd against sleep attack a while back (as a test, to see what would happen!) and the next morning he woke up with rashes all over his arms and legs, which has never happened before. Also I was drawing circles/crosses over attachment points (moles, warts, etc) and started feeling really very ill, throwing up occasionally, lots of other nasty symptoms and guess what - my dad got all the same symptoms! He even had a "stool" test to see whether it was an infection, which came back clear - ie he was medically perfectly healthy.

But yeah, the attacks, not pleasant huh? Left some serious mental scarring in me. The worst thing is when you try and scream, but can't, and nothing comes out...horrid. Which is one reason I go through bouts of doing everything I can to rid myself of these annoying pests, which is how I see them now.

happy hunting!

Sorry if this question is lame, but when you cannot scream or talk in a dream, is that definitly a form of psycic attack? It happens to me quite frequently, but I never feel like there is a being that is responsible for it. Thanks.

Sounds like some of you guys need to smoke your houses out with moxa sticks or sage/cedar smudges to keep bad entities away!  Moxa sticks are dirt cheap from your local Chinese medicine store and supposedly keep bad spirits away from your house.  See related topic:

I remember I used to have the odd nightmare ages ago, but since I decided that I'd only be nice to people and not hate anyone at all (but just try to reconcile or avoid & understand them) I hardly remember having a single nightmare.  Probably you enlightened people have taken this step already but it is always a good thing to mention.

I really understood part of your experience Andy.  When taking melatonin for a couple of weeks (on top of meditation, Monroe tapes etc) my dreams started becoming so incredibly vivid that one night I realised "this is way too real for a dream" and snapped back to the bed, paralysed and really uncomfortable!  A bit of a drawback and whenever paralysed (though it hasn't happened for a while) I freak out a bit because I can't sense what's around me...

Cheers!

Advanced spiritual entities can easily switch you back & forth between a sleeping paralysis condition and a regular dream state.  I have had a couple of such experiences.  Such entities also have deft control of your waking/sleeping threshold.  I find it more useful to cooperate with such influences in order to see what they have to communicate, rather than fight the sleep-paralysis and try to wake up.

I can certainly get a little unglued in the presence of such entities, but feel that a lot of my fear is my own responsibility.  I have yet to experience anything that suggests I can't handle myself in such situations if only I can keep my composure.  Having a relaxed, easy-going and curious disposition does a lot to make these experiences fascinating and enjoyable rather than tense and forbidding.  I even think some of these entities are totally benevolent when they come across in a scary manner-- they are just doing me a favor by broadcasting my fears back at me to make me aware of the effect I am exerting on the sensitive astral matter around me. See Astral Dynamics for a primer on the malleable nature of astral matter.

In Buddhist thought only a mind like a clear mirror can make accurate observations of another.  If you find yourself tormented by aggressors, check the lens as well as the view.

Hi R. Orb!

I certainly think you are right to an extent, but an actualy psychic attack literally "floods" you with a wave of fear, which makes it very difficult to just sit back and enjoy the ride . I can entertain the idea that it is me creating the fear, and perhaps i help to propagate it, but I am absolutely sure this is one of the methods of attack. It is really noticeable.

Hey Inguma!

This point is a little tough to get at directly.  Let me try an analogy.  Can you think of someone you know who gets easily afraid by something that doesn't bother you much?  (I can think of my Dad, who stomps on the floor of the car as a passenger whenever he sees a car across the intersection roll even a TINY bit forward)  He would tell you that he has no choice in being afraid at those moments; his experience as a motorcycle rider makes even slight driving concerns potentially deadly in his frame of mind.  Let's make a distinction between Level of energy and Type of energy.  At that moment, my Dad clearly experiences more energy than I do (for me it's just a ho-hum driving moment).  That is hard to change.  But what about the nature of the energy.  Couldn't he take that awareness and intensity and put it into some other action than stomping on the floor?  How about very carefully (so as not to startle me) saying, "Watch him."  Would a reaction of that nature still be called fear?  If so, then I agree with you, I get flooded with fear all the time.  Whether you call it fear or not, what I am pointing to is on the side of the event which can be controlled. My martial arts instructor says it's ok to let your hair stand on end; that's feeling the dynamic energy of the encounter.  So how is that different from fear? well, it depends on "what" else you are doing.  You could say its a question of the nature as opposed to the amount of energy.

You might get some additional ideas if you check my post "forgetting to have limits"  the type of feeling/energy development I am suggesting here is also pointed to there.

I read a post about a Dreamwalker a while back... and I wonder if it's possible for entities, like spirits or even native astral beings, to enter into your dream world and make things flow a certain way, like a dreamwalker would.

Maybe that'd explain some of the really weird dreams I been having lately?  Or do you think everything in a dream is just your own creation?
