So last night I got about 4-5 hours of sleep and as I was laying down I was trying to astral project. Well I failed there so this afternoon I tried again. The second time didnt go as planned either but I did lucid dream for the first time instead! It was such an amazing experience! But I do have a few questions about it if any of you experienced lucid dreamers would care to listen.

One of the things I recall most was talking to people/friends. As I was talking to my friends I notice that I could never get a full, clear view of their faces like something always seemed to be covering it. Also when I was talking to them I realized that what we were talking about made no since. And when I realized this my one friend said something like "I always hate lucid dreaming because its impossible to talk to people." Is this common for all lucid dreamers to not be able to communicate well with people and too not really see their faces in dreams?

After that I remember feeling a very strong emotion to get away from people as I was walking down a city street. It was like I felt so alone. I never experienced emotion like that in a dream. And right around there is when I tried to fly (if i remember correctly). I tried flying like Superman a fews times but only could do like a super, high, jump. Then I tried swimming through the air and it was working but I was going super slow and it was exhausting and eventually glided gently to the ground. Does anyone have any tips for flying?

My last question is when I tried to astral project while in my dream because I have heard it is very common for people to do this. I think I was standing a little ways from where I tried flying when I attempted to project. I remember kind of saying something like "astral project now!" and when I did I felt my astral entity start to intensely swirl inside me and almost leave me but couldnt quite do it. The feeling was so intense that I cant really describe it well. After that Im not sure what happened but I do know that I continued dreaming. I was wondering how you guys project while lucid dreaming? Do you lay down and do it? Any tips?

Id like to thank anyone who took the time to read this, this was such an incredible experience for me!

Hey man, congrats first of all!!

Second of all lucid dreaming is being inside your mind, Anything is possible, every thought you have is automatically processed in your lucid dream

When you were viewing your friends faces and they were blocked, it must of started of once, then you implemented the idea that every one you talk to would have there face covered, next time try to tell your self "I can see there faces perfectly fine"

now your friend saying the "I hate lucid dreaming because its impossible to talk to people" thats false, and thats your idea in your head that you manifested and believed and therefore was projected in your lucid dream as your friend telling you the same thing, ANYTHING is possible! remember that! you control your lucid dream 100%

Completely get rid of the the idea of not being able to talk to people in your lucid dream and the covering faces part, you set out the scenery with every single thought you process in your head, and you can manipulate the scenary with how you want it to be and also feel how you want to feel, if you want to have an orgasm, tell your self if i touch this wall i am going to have a strong orgasm, touch the wall and you will have one, BELIEVE in it, dont have one single spec of thought regarding that you can't do it , because you CAN!

Flying is easy, if you make it easy

Understand what i'm trying to say?

That's what practice is, the more you do it, the more your mental thought process filters out all those negative "i can't do it" thoughts

As for the lucid dream to astral porjection, i have no idea :P

Hope this helps
