 Help!!!
Ive always been able to have lucid dreams since as long as I can remember, I can always wake up and return to that dream if I wish,  :| but the fact of the matter is that Ive been having terrible nightmares
The nightmares aren't about me, myself dying but of me being somebody else with an entire history of their life. All their dreams, memories, hopes and life. What makes them so horrible is that they are reality itself, the nightmares have plots (I'm not sure) and that person (me, as them) feel agonizing emotions (pain, sorrow, misery, anger) but they are placed to such a level of power that it stays with me to days on end, not only that, I have been seeing a man with a burnt face and wounded, hollow eyes in most of my dreams. He never speaks or anything, just stares and watches me. It's creepy. Could anybody be so kind as to explain why I feel such strong emotions and live lives that aren't mine?

can you connect any of it to your waking life? Is something troubling you?

No not mostly that should be to that extent anyway...this happens almost everytime I close my eyes and I dont have any ways to stop it or know what is causing it...
this people that I am dreaming that are me, are people I dont even know and by the time I wake up theyre memories and stuff are forgotten but their feels arent...usually they overpower mine and change my mood competely....
do u have any suggestions on fixing it?

I would visualize a cobalt blue pyramid around your bed before you go to sleep. Drink chamomile tea. Put a drop of lavender essential oil on your pillowcase.

have you been taking medication or recently stopped taking medication? sometimes that causes nightmares. It is hard to say what is causing them, could be many things.
have you redecorated where you sleep? are you in a fight with someone? you could be having past life dreams too.

I dont take medications of any kind and no, Im not in a fight (not trying to sound like an butt)....
question, what is the blue pyramid around my bed signal? Ive been able to have LD since i was little but never knew wht it rlly was so im kinda new at this...

it protects you from negativity, makes your environment calmer.

Maybe they're memories of a past life. You might be carrying baggage from these past life experiences. Maybe this previous incarnation of yourself is in need of retrieval.

Might mean something else.

You can ask questions of your dreams before going to sleep. You'll often get answers that very night.

For example, when you get into bed you could say in you mind, "Dreams, what does the guy with the burnt face mean?"

I believe dreams are often messages/lessons/therapy from our guides and higher selves about stuff we need to deal with. If you somehow get rid of the dream without dealing with the underlying issue then it'll just be lurking in the background waiting to come up again at a later date or in another life.

Danni

I tried the pyramid...made my room feel less...vicious...
past lives? Hmmm, I'll give that a go...

Thxs for the suggestions...
