Is sharing Dreams wrong???

Dear Bhikku,

I would not worry about sharing dreams.  I think it is fine to share dreams to get other peoples ideas and input.....the only thing I can suggest is to always remember that in the end that is all they can give you.  Ultimately, you are the best one to solve the mystery.  Often the things in your dream have a unique meaning to you and you alone.  Definitely do not worry about not dreaming again.  Everyone dreams no matter what.  The best read on dream interpertation is still the incomparable Karl Jung, in my opinion.  But I am a supper big fan of his and perhaps a bit too bias.

I had a friend in high school, every morning before class we would share the dreams we had that morning. We tried to program what we would dream the next day.

We would make a list like:
Caveman
Apples
Tall Tree
Nighttime
Fire

And before bed we would study the list and memmorize it. And then see who dreamed the most items from the list. Alot of the time we had definite connections to the list. It was interesting and fun.  It also improved the quality of the dreams and improved dream memory recall.  

I'll say it is a benefit to share dreams, with someone you trust!

Hello to all. I have been taking a course on another website, and I do believe that they have their own "dogma" to a certain extent. They say that sharing dreams (I mean, talking about dreams with other people)is not a good idea. They say the reason for this is that there are certain messages in dreams, which I believe to be true, but those messages are for you alone, and talking about them with others could end in not having dreams. Almost like the dreams are a secret message, and if you share the secret, you won't be given any more messages. The reason this concerns me is because ever since I started practicing AP's I have had a partner who started out with me, and we help each other and share everything. Is telling my friend about my dreams not a good idea? I believe Astral Pulse to be of the highest possible word on all matters relating to metaphysics. Thanks to all.
