levitation in sleep

Hi.

I have been wondering about this lately as I haven't done this in my sleep for sometime. However for about 10 years I used to always fream , be aware of myself sleeping and have my body rise in my room. I would do it almost everynight. I would just float above my bed. I used to scare me alot and I was wondering if this means anything, or if anyone has had similar experiences?
