Title: Poor Light In Dreams
Post by: Thread Killer on November 04, 2011, 20:14:10
I have fairly good dream recall but until recently I've never noticed that my dreamscapes lack any source of bright light. No sunshiny days, no well lighted rooms. Muted would be a reasonable description. Any comment or observations?

Huh. Most of mine are really bright, for some reason. I dont know which element of our lives determines the brightness of our dreams...  :|

My opinion-
Provided you sleep at night and are up during the day, more than likely your dark dreams are etheric projections, instead of internally produced dreams.  Or so I think.

I work outside, so I get probably get 70hrs+ sunshine every week. No vitamin D problems here.

I agree with CT. I often find myself in my room in the dark and I have to find its an etheric projection. This is usually accompanied by the sluggish hard to move, heavy feelings unless I am away from the bed.

So am I giving myself an incorrect suggestion? Before I go to sleep I write down,"I will wake up in my dreams" Should I be writing, " I will become aware of my projections"?

"Incorrect" is too strong a word.  I personally prefer "I am aware of my projections".
There is no interpretation necessary.

You know, I chose incorrect over wrong, thinking it was a little softer. I also would have accepted mistaken. Mistaken. Well, thanks for playing. I hope you had fun. Seriously though, C.F., thanks.
