I had a LD that went to a projection that solved a problem.  Does that count?

I'm not really sure what you mean.  I've had many lucid dreams.  Most of them are lusty or playful rather than problem solving.  I was thinking about something today. I realized that whenever I get puzzled over something, I'll recieve an answer in my dreams.  I've posted questions on this forum and I'll get an answer the next morning. I don't have an explanation for it. At first I thought I was being helped by dreamwalkers.  It could also be my own persistance.    ...Well, write again and good luck dreaming!

Greetings all,

In relation to problem solving from  dreams, lucids and the astral, it can be rather difficult. The answers are often cloaked in symbolism. More times than not,  I've found that you find answers to things that you didn't think were of importance, things that you  think wouldn't be of high priority in your mind. When you do sit down and analize these things. It gives a good insight as to what is really on the mind.

When having a normal dream, it becomes quite easy over time to interpret what the subconscious is trying to tell you, as you go to lucids it becomes more difficult because our consciuosness (the part we think is so damn inteligent) has  a chance to have a run. Then theres the astral, this is where our"so togeather, according to us" consiousness goes into full sprint, and not only is it near impossible to interprut the meaning of the symbolism, from what of heard it's hard enough just trying to stay there.

If you wish to find the answer to a question, and that question is weighing heavy on your mind, in my opion your more likely to gleen the answer from a normal dream.

All the best with you business venture

Right on, Steve!

As Steve points out, regular dreams are where the psychological work gets done.  Messages are sent.  Some are life-and-death important.  Others are just a matter of improved mental health and hygiene. Pretty much all the regular dreams are more important than the "aren't-I-wonderful" lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming is a sign that conciousness is getting too facile to be "held" in the illusion of dreams.  That the mind starts to recognize and manipulate the environment, an environment made of information. In Lucid dreams, you fundamentally come to recognize that every interesting object is a message, every interesting scene a parable.  Recognizing this as it occurs, one can begin to learn firsthand about the source of the messages.  Developing one's connection to the source of dreams remains the most important aspect of dreaming.  Conscious control over the dream process is of secondary importance to that.  All the new skills-- such as flying and inflicting your will upon events, are beneath the primary goal of establishing contact and understanding with the sender of information.   Through this communion, the true problems are addressed and laid bare for the mind to see.

fruitful dreaming,
