Title: Shape Shifting
Post by: Manix on September 07, 2004, 17:47:58
Don't tell me I'm the only one who has ever been a Dandelion!

No one?

I feel so alone...Might as well go find some Round-up.

Sorry Manix, can't say this happens in my dreams. I can during visualisations in a meditative-like state, but it's rare for me (one or two times panned out). I made a cat looking for something I wanted to find or need to know. I've had a bloodhound looking for someone once(questionable results). Neither were as successful as just asking for something in a plea in prayer.

There was one time I made a change happen while in a dream. When I awoke, I was sick at my stomach.

Well I have had an experience but it wasn't pretty.

I was in more of a nightmarish dream, and I didn't shapeshift on purpose either. I was with a group of friends, and my consciousness kept shifting between people in the group. These people didn't even exist in this world. Only problem was, we were being followed by a group of notorious murderers, and each time one of us fell victim I experienced a share of the pain.

All I can say is, murder is WRONG. If you're gonna kill people, do it quick, and without malice. I swear, you can feel it when you get murdered...the malice and hate directed at you is felt, and you have nothing but fear...it's terrible.

Ever try shape shifting in a dream? If so, what did you change into and how successful were you?

I remember being a tree, a sled dog, and some sort of weed once (some old lady was using weed killer on me and I wasn't happy). But those were involuntary. I just woke up in the dream and that was my character. I've never been completly successful with actual shape shifting.

Anyone have any experiences they can share?
